The NFL's International Series continues to expand the league's global footprint, with London games serving as the cornerstone of these efforts since 2007. The Broncos' upcoming London appearance marks another step in the NFL's long-term strategy to develop substantial international fan bases and potentially establish permanent franchises outside the United States in the future. So much so, that by the end of 2024, London has hosted 39 total NFL games, with Tottenham Hotspur Stadium accounting for 10 of those contests since opening its doors to the NFL in 2019.
