The prolific Norwegian striker has helped Manchester City to another domestic crown, with the record books being rewritten by Pep Guardiola’s side. They have savoured top-flight glory in four successive seasons, with Haaland playing a leading role in their last two triumphs.

Haaland made a point of reminding KSI who came out on top 12 months ago, and has repeated the trick in 2024. The City frontman, who has another Golden Boot to his name, is a business partner of YouTube star KSI having signed up as an ambassador for his Prime Hydration range.

After taking in wild title celebrations at the Etihad Stadium, City’s No.9 said in a video message featuring the limited edition Haaland Prime range: “KSI, it didn't go [your way] this year either, but it's not only negative news. It's a bit positive as well, so I'm popping this one. Cheers. Enjoy this bottle, it's an amazing drink... have a nice evening.”

Some supporters believe that Haaland purposely worked the word “bottle” into his message, with Arsenal having fallen agonisingly short in back-to-back title bids. City’s star man has been branded “cold” for poking fun at KSI, while others say he “knows what he’s doing” as the Blues revel in ensuring that the Gunners remain in their shadow.
