  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    Per The Telegraph, INEOS has sent out an email to their staff warning employees against 'damaging leaks' regarding the company's policy of cost-cutting at Old Trafford. The email was sent to convey that Sir Jim Ratcliffe's company will conduct a restructuring meeting in February. The email read: “Any leaks, whether accidental or intended, can be damaging to colleagues and the wider club."

    Earlier this week, BBC Sport reported that INEOS is considering making up to 200 redundancies and a final decision is expected to be made in the next two weeks. According to The Guardian, INEOS is also planning to reduce the number of club scouts. The Red Devils currently employ 80 scouts worldwide, out of which 30 are full-time employees while 50 are there on a part-time basis. According to the report, the company want to significantly reduce the number.
