Alisha Lehmann makes 'morning person' discovery as Aston Villa star enjoys beach sunrise on Miami Beach holiday

Alisha Lehmann has discovered that she is a “morning person” when catching the sunrise on Miami Beach during her holiday in the United States.

WHAT HAPPENED?
The Swiss star has headed to Florida after seeing domestic and international action come to a close for 2023-24. She helped Aston Villa to wrap up their WSL season, before then representing her country in Euro 2025 qualifiers.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
A visit to Brazil was sandwiched between those domestic and international duties, with Lehmann heading to the homeland of her boyfriend Douglas Luiz. He is now in the States preparing for Copa America competition with the Selecao.

Lehmann has headed to the Sunshine State to lend her support, while also making the most of the free time that a summer holiday is offering her. The 25-year-old has hinted at not always being the best at waking up early, but she is loving catching early morning rays on the white sand in Miami.

Lehmann will likely make the trip from Miami to Orlando on Wednesday in order to watch Luiz in action, with Brazil readying themselves for a friendly date with the USMNT. The Switzerland international has nothing on her professional schedule until July.
