How to watch today's Stoke City vs Wrexham Championship game: Live stream, TV channel, and start time

Stoke City's flying start has cooled off in recent weeks, and they'll be eager to rediscover their early-season spark when an in-form Wrexham side visits the Bet365 Stadium this weekend.

The Dragons make the short trip to the Potteries brimming with confidence after piecing together a five-game unbeaten run. It's been quite the turnaround for Wrexham, who collected just a single point from their opening three fixtures back in the Championship. Since then, however, they've looked every bit the part, snatching nine points from their last six games and notching statement victories away to Millwall and Norwich City.

For Mark Robins and his Stoke outfit, the mood has shifted slightly. The Potters opened the campaign like a runaway train, sitting proudly at the summit after a blistering few weeks. But a frustrating 1-1 draw with Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park last time out extended their winless streak to four matches.

Here, GOAL brings you everything you need to know about how to watch, including TV channel, streaming details and more.

Stoke team news

Ollie Rathbone has claimed the final spot in Phil Parkinson's squad for the first half of the campaign and could mark his long-awaited return to action when Wrexham face Stoke City this weekend.

The Welsh side, however, continue to juggle a lengthy injury list. Harry Ashfield remains sidelined with a ligament injury and isn't expected back until late November. Liberato Cacace is recovering from a hamstring problem that should keep him out until late October, while Daniel Ward faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after dislocating his elbow, with a return pencilled in for late January.

Aaron Cannon is dealing with a cruciate ligament issue that could rule him out until late April, and Jay Rodríguez continues to recover from an ankle injury, targeting a mid-January comeback.

Wrexham team news

As for Stoke City, injury setbacks have also disrupted their rhythm early in the Championship season. Sam Gallagher has yet to feature after being hampered by a muscle problem, depriving the Potters of a key attacking outlet.

In midfield, Lewis Baker, who impressed in the opening games, is now out with a calf strain, while Bosun Lawal is nursing a hamstring injury of his own, further stretching the club's depth in crucial areas.
