Real Salt Lake team news

RSL continue to deal with a significant injury list. Goalkeeper Zac MacMath, defender Javain Brown, and striker Matthew Bell are all out, along with midfielder Pablo Ruiz and center-back Kobi Henry, all expected to return late September or October.

DeAndre Yedlin returns from suspension, and captain Emeka Eneli is available after international duty. Diego Luna, who leads RSL with seven goals, and striker William Agada are expected to start.

Los Angeles FC team news

LAFC remain without several defensive options: Maxime Chanot, Lorenzo Dellavalle, and Aaron Long are out, and striker Jeremy Ebobisse is sidelined until late September.

Denis Bouanga has been prolific in attack, while Hugo Lloris is ever-present in goal - they are guaranteed starters.
