‘All part of the same team’ – Harry Kane explains how wife Kate leads ‘support network’ that allows prolific Bayern Munich & England striker to flourish

England captain Kane has been able to enjoy a record-breaking career courtesy of the “support network” that he boasts behind the scenes. Knowing that they will always be in his corner allows the prolific frontman to focus on his day job.

Kane has made the most of that to become Tottenham and England’s all-time leading scorer. He has plundered 75 goals through 79 appearances for German giants Bayern and appears to be well on course in 2025 to bring his much-publicised wait for major silverware to a close.

Wife Kate helps to keep family life running smoothly in the Kane household, having followed her husband to Munich, and that means one of the most fearsome No.9s in world football can take to the field with no distractions.

Kane has told Cleats Club of how important those that never kick a ball are to his ongoing success: “My family always watch the games. They try to get to the stadiums as much as they possibly can, but if not then they will always be watching on TV.

“I’m lucky to have a great support network around me, from all my family – my wife Kate. We are all part of the same team. They live through the ups and downs with me.”

Kane has helped to fire Bayern eight points clear at the top of the Bundesliga table, while also getting one foot into the Champions League quarter-finals. At 31 years of age, he is considered to have many seasons and goals left in him.
