Head coach Ran Ben Shimon is expected to field a similar starting XI to Israel's 4-0 win over Moldova. Dor Peretz, Manor Solomon and Oscar Gloukh are anticipated to play behind Tai Baribo up front. Dor Turgeman is also a strong option in attack.
Captain and right-back Eli Dasa will likely have his fitness thoroughly tested, particularly due to Italy's strength on the left flank.
