Preston Stone delivered a sharp performance for the Wildcats against the Leathernecks, completing 21 of 29 passes for 245 yards with three touchdowns and no turnovers. On the ground, Cam Porter powered the offense with 91 yards and a score on just 12 carries, averaging an impressive 7.6 yards per attempt, while also chipping in three catches for 23 yards. Out wide, Griffin Wilde stretched the field, hauling in five receptions for 94 yards at a blistering 18.8 yards per grab.

Dan Lanning's squad wasted no time setting the tone, with running back Noah Whittington bursting free for a 59-yard touchdown on the opening drive.

From there, Oregon's ground game was relentless. The Ducks piled up 312 rushing yards and five scores, with six different players topping the 20-yard mark. Whittington led the way with 91 yards, closely followed by Jayden Limar, who added 87 of his own. Through two games, Whittington has firmly established himself as the lead back, racking up 159 yards and two touchdowns.

At quarterback, Dante Moore continues to look every bit the star Oregon hoped for when they handed him the reins. He put on another efficient showing against the Cowboys, completing 16 of 21 passes for 266 yards and three touchdowns, averaging an eye-popping 12.7 yards per attempt. His highlight came on a deep strike to Dakorien Moore, who took it 65 yards to the house.
