Wrexham intend to have the makeshift solution fully operational by the time they face Newport County in a Welsh derby date at SToK Racecourse on December 23. They will then enjoy an increased capacity through to the end of the 2023-24 campaign.

The temporary stand will house a further 2,289 supporters and allows Wrexham to welcome fans back behind the goal at the Kop End. They have been playing in a three-sided venue for some time now – with the National League title secured and a place among the League Two frontrunners taken up while operating at limited capacity.
