WHAT HAPPENED?
United will aim to salvage some pride after enduring a nightmare domestic campaign by winning the Europa League trophy and securing a place in next season's Champions League, when they face Tottenham on Wednesday night in Bilbao. Ahead of the all-important clash, former Red Devils star turned pundit Neville revealed that the final match is "making my stomach churn".
WHAT GARY NEVILLE SAID
Speaking to The Athletic, Neville said: "That game is making my stomach churn with its level of importance, to both clubs. Not just from a silverware perspective, not just from a manager’s perspective, but also from a finance perspective; what it gives both clubs in terms of attracting players and the money that it will put into the clubs. It’s making me a little bit sick."
