Jude Bellingham comes up with funny new nickname for Real Madrid wonderkid Endrick after UEFA Super Cup win

The pair formed part of the Blancos squad that lifted another trophy when seeing off Atalanta 2-0 in the UEFA Super Cup. England international Bellingham played 89 minutes of that contest, as World Cup winner Kylian Mbappe registered his first goal for the Liga title holders.

Endrick was an unused substitute, meaning that he is still waiting on his competitive debut for the Spanish heavyweights. He did, however, pick up a winners’ medal and got his hands on a first trophy as a Real Madrid player.

Endrick posted an image of himself with the Super Cup on Instagram, with Bellingham responding by revealing his nickname for the South American. The 21-year-old midfielder said: “Vamos Bobby!!!” Said comment comes on the back of 18-year-old Endrick claiming to be a “big fan of Bobby Charlton” after netting for Brazil in a friendly date with England at Wembley Stadium in 2023.

It remains to be seen whether Endrick’s new moniker will stick, and whether other team-mates pick it up, with the teenager expected to make quite the impact at Santiago Bernabeu this season alongside Bellingham, Mbappe and Co – with a loan move for the youngster being ruled out.
