The best in the world? Harry Kane becomes Europe's first player to reach incredible milestone amid amazing season with Bayern Munich

Kane put Bayern ahead after 38 minutes and register his 38th goal of the season in all competitions for Bayern this season. The English striker, not just known for his goalscoring but his creativity too, has also registered a further 12 assists.

Since his blockbuster transfer to the Bundesliga champions last summer, the Englishman has delivered consistently and broken countless records. His latest feat puts him above any other striker in Europe's top five leagues and, once again, shows he ranks amongst the very best players in the world.

Kane is now just nine goals short of Robert Lewandowski's record of 41 goals in a single Bundesliga season. Kane has scored 32 goals in his first 28 Bundesliga games and, with six games of the season left, will have his eyes set on the record.

Kane returns to north London on Tuesday as his Bayern side travel to the Emirates to take on Arsenal in the Champions League quarter-final. The former Tottenham star has scored the most goals of any player in the derby against the Gunners and will be dreaming of another for Bayern on Tuesday.
