    Hollywood actor Sudeikis needs to be fully on board in order for AFC Richmond to be brought back to Apple TV+ streaming services as he plays the title character and is a writer for the show. He has stayed quiet on rumours of the award-winning production hitting the small screen again.

    Speculation first began to rage when it was revealed that Warner Bros had taken up options on three of the show’s leading stars - Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein and Jeremy Swift. Other cast members were quick to air their excitement at the reports.

    She has since gone on to tell Variety, in another nod towards Ted Lasso being revived: “We are in conversations about season four, and they are very exciting conversations, but it’s still early days. We had always been clear that there wasn’t going to be more Ted Lasso if Jason and the team weren’t feeling excited about it, and I can tell you first-hand that he’s in a place where he’s feeling really excited and feels good about it.”
