Barcelona want to sign a long-term successor to Robert Lewandowski next summer and have set their sights on Eintracht Frankfurt's prolific Egyptian striker Omar Marmoush, according to a report from SPORT. The report adds that Bayern Munich and Liverpool are also targeting Marmoush to bolster their attacking options.
While Lewandowski is also still going strong for Barcelona at the age of 36, scoring 14 goals in 13 league games, it remains to be seen how long he can carry on before running out of steam. As such, the Catalans want to ensure there's a seamless transition in the No. 9 role by snapping up Marmoush.
