  4. Sebelebele reflects as Pirates drop points in Chiefs draw - 'Opponent came to defend'

The Buccaneers star, who ensured the Sea Robbers salvaged a point in the Soweto Derby, did not attempt to hide his frustration after Sunday’s stalemate. The slump ultimately prompted a change in the dugout, and the new man at the helm has openly acknowledged the magnitude of the challenge as he looks to steady the ship.

  3. Mofokeng in the Pirates leadership frame? Bucs assistant coach makes bold suggestion

The Buccaneers have made it clear that leadership isn’t dictated by age or experience, but by character and influence on the pitch. Not long ago, Mbekezeli Mbokazi was handed the vice-captaincy as a 19-year-old before he departed for greener pastures, and now Abdeslam Ouaddou’s right-hand man has been full of praise for an in-form star. The assistant coach also couldn’t help but highlight that the 21-year-old possesses natural leadership qualities well beyond his years.
