Barcelona have made Atletico Madrid forward Julian Alvarez their top target for the 2026 summer window. He has been identified as the replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who could leave the club in 2026, creating financial room for Barcelona to sign Alvarez. The Argentine has admired the club since childhood, inspired by his Argentina teammate and idol Lionel Messi.

Barcelona sporting director Deco has suggested they will not sign a new striker to replace Robert Lewandowski, calling it “a mistake” to be obsessed with a No.9. Amid ongoing links to Erling Haaland and Serhou Guirassy, Deco insisted that Barca should focus on renewal and internal stability instead of pursuing high-profile transfers.

Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy's release clause is set to drop significantly next summer, making him a cut-price target for Europe's elite. Barcelona are reportedly monitoring the 29-year-old, who has been in incredible form since joining the German club after a spectacular spell at Stuttgart, earning much praise from current coach Niko Kovac.

Borussia Dortmund have been handed a major boost ahead of their Bundesliga clash against Bayern Munich, with Serhou Guirassy back in full training after injury concerns. The Guinean striker, described by Niko Kovac as the team's “life insurance,” looks set to lead the line in Saturday’s highly-anticipated Klassiker clash after overcoming thigh problems.

Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy has been labelled "world-class" by sporting director Sebastian Kehl amid his impressive performances for the German club. With four goals from three games already in the Bundesliga, the striker is in fine form and the club chief insists only Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappe can match him in one area.
