Prolific frontman hit 47 goals last season
Inspired promotion into the Football League
Celebration is a nod towards his young son
WHAT HAPPENED?
The prolific frontman found the target on 47 occasions across all competitions last season, helping the Dragons to enjoy promotion back into the Football League and a memorable run through to the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Speaking on season two of the Welcome to Wrexham documentary that has offered the League Two outfit a window to the world, Mullin said of his now instantly recognisable goal celebration: “Every time I score now, I’m going to make an ‘A’ sign for Albi. But also, it’s quite cool like an ‘A’ for autism as well. So whatever people want it to be for them, that’s perfect. Obviously for me, it’s for my little boy.”
