Wrexham have conceded five goals in three fourth-tier matches this season, with Young conceding that they have much to work on as a collective. He has told The Athletic: “This was a bad day at the office. But I have no doubt in my mind — and I back everyone in that dressing room on this — that we will put this right, starting on Monday. The standard has gone up (since winning promotion) and we have had to raise our game. Until Stockport, we were slowly adapting to the step up and slowly finding our feet. This has been a step backwards and something of a wake-up call.”
