Shocking report reveals Rasmus Hojlund complaint to Erik ten Hag about Bruno Fernandes after fallout with Man Utd captain's compatriot Diogo Dalot

Hojlund's alleged grievances stemmed from his perceived lack of involvement in the team's gameplay, particularly feeling overlooked by Fernandes in attack. According to Daily Mail,after United's Champions League defeat against FC Copenhagen in November, tensions escalated between Hojlund and Dalot. In that situation, the club skipper put his weight behind Dalot, which further widened the rift between Hojlund and the Portuguese duo.

Hojlund voiced his concerns to Ten Hag and his coaching staff, seeking a resolution to the issue. However, he was advised to sort out the differences in a face-to-face chat with Dalot as the staff did not want to intervene. Subsequently, the pair reconciled after holding talks and Fernandes also made amends with Hojlund to restore the status quo.

United have had a disappointing campaign, as they find themselves seventh in the Premier League table - trailing fourth-placed Aston Villa by 16 points, with two games in hand. Although they salvaged an FA Cup final berth by beating Coventry, the Championship side put up a valiant display and were on the verge of staging an upset. Hojlund has also struggled to find the net regularly, netting 13 goals in 36 appearances across competitions following his summer move from Atalanta.
