The Premier League has now challenged Chelsea on this issue and written to the Blues to ask for clarification regarding their position with the ticket re-sellers, according to BBC Sport. Premier League chief executive officer Richard Masters also revealed discussions were taking place on the matter with Chelsea and are still "ongoing" at a Football Supporters' Association event last week.
