Jones was a starter for Liverpool against Everton on Wednesday evening at Anfield as the Reds defeated their Merseyside rivals to inch closer to the Premier League title. However, a young Everton fan had the last laugh against an unsuspecting Jones, who was tricked by the Toffees fan during a selfie at a petrol station. The youngster started signing a famous Everton slogan targeting Liverpool's Kop, which sent Jones scampering away as he also shared a laugh.

Nonetheless, Everton are set to see their city rivals win yet another Premier League title, which will bring them level with Manchester United for the most English top-tier titles (20). Meanwhile, Everton are stuck in the midtable yet again, and their 10th top flight title seems far, far away.

Arne Slot's side only need four wins to secure their Premier League victory, and coincidentally, Everton could help the Reds win the title earlier, if the Toffees beat Arsenal on Saturday, April 5. Meanwhile, Liverpool will travel to London to take on Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday.
