    WHAT HAPPENED?

    Inter Miami are looking to defend their Leagues Cup title and have made it to the Round of 16, however, this time they are competing in the tournament without the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner who is continuing his recovery from an ankle injury he suffered during the Copa America final win against Colombia.

    The World Cup winner has been taking time off as he recovers and has used the gap in his schedule to spend time with Roccuzzo and their three sons: Thiago, Matteo and Ciro. However, the 37-year-old will hope to return to action soon as he looks to win the Major League Soccer title and also return to full fitness in time for Argentina's World Cup qualifiers.
