'They are everything' - Valentina Cervantes posts message of support to partner Enzo Fernandez after Chelsea midfielder rekindles relationship with childhood sweetheart

Enzo Fernandez's partner, Valentina Cervantes, posted a message of support to the Chelsea midfielder after his side came from behind to beat Real Betis in the Conference League final on Wednesday night.

The couple announced a shock separation late last year. However, Cervantes was in attendance along with their two children for the clash in Wroclaw to show support as Fernandez equalised before Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho, and Moises Caicedo wrapped up the 4-1 victory.

Sharing a photo on her Instagram account, Cervantes wrote: "Those who enjoy any stadium, walks, entire games, hot or cold, and I could go on...

"They are everything."

Following their Conference League triumph, Fernandez and Chelsea have just under a month to prepare for their Club World Cup campaign, which will include games against Flamengo and Esperance.
