Erling Haaland 'raw dogs a 7 hour flight' as Manchester City posts hilarious video en route back from U.S. pre-season tour

The Norwegian striker was in fine form for the Premier League champions during their time in the United States. Pep Guardiola gave opportunities to plenty of youngsters in the U.S., but saw his two-time Golden Boot winner find the target on five occasions through four games.

Haaland hit the net against Celtic and AC Milan, before bagging a hat-trick in a 4-2 win over Chelsea. He is looking as sharp as ever, with the prolific frontman registering 90 goals for City through 98 appearances in all competitions.

Haaland boasts physical and mental strength aplenty, with those qualities being highlighted again en route back from the States. Rather than relax and unwind during that journey, the 24-year-old has revealed that he “raw dogged a 7 hour flight – no phone, no sleep, no water, no food, only map”.

The City superstar claims that challenge was “easy” and will now be narrowing his focus on Premier League opponents, with arch-rivals Manchester United set to be faced in the 2024 Community Shield before the defence of a domestic top-flight crown begins away at Chelsea on August 18.
