Coleen Rooney enjoys VIP treatment at Goodison Park with sons Kai, Cass and Kit as she chooses Everton over Wayne's woeful Plymouth

Wayne Rooney's misery in the Championship continued as Plymouth Argyle suffered their 13th defeat of the season and remained rock bottom on the league table at the end of 2024. The Pilgrims were hoping to end the year on a high after suffering an embarrassing loss against Frank Lampard's Coventry City last Thursday, but they were beaten 2-0 loss courtesy of goals from Ciaron Brown and Przemyslaw Placheta.

While pressure continues to Mount on Rooney at Home Park, his wife Coleen chose to attend Everton's Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest at Goodison Park on Sunday. The 'I'm a Celebrity' star opted to stay in Merseyside instead of travelling to Oxford to cheer for her husband. Coleen was accompanied by three of her sons, Kai, Cass and Kit. According to the Mirror, she was also treated to a VIP experience.

The United legend faced a massive backlash from fans after Plymouth's loss as he was urged to leave the club and move on. The second-division side have not won a game in their last nine outings.

Plymouth will be back in action on the first day of the New Year as they take on Bristol City at home in a Championship clash.
