    Tevez starred in the world XI’s dramatic 5-4 win over England at Soccer Aid 2025, netting four goals in a second-half comeback at Old Trafford. But the Argentine also made headlines for a crunching challenge on YouTuber and England's player of the match Angry Ginge that sparked a heated moment between the pair. The social media star, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, impressed throughout the match, including a goal-line clearance to deny former France international David Trezeguet a goal.

    Shortly after the match, Angry Ginge posted a photo of a nasty gash on his leg caused by the Tevez clash and wrote: "Cheers Tevez. Tw*t."
