'I would like' - Arsenal target Daphne van Domselaar responds to transfer links as Gunners' goalkeeper search moves away from Lionesses star Mary Earps
Van Domselaar arrived in the Midlands only last summer, having come to the attention of most during a breakout Euro 2022, and rumours continue to suggest that she could be out the door after just one season with Arsenal very interested. The Dutchwoman has a contract until 2026, with BBC Sport reporting that it includes a £200,000 ($254,000) release clause.
WHAT VAN DOMSELAAR SAID
Speaking to Sportnieuws.nl about those transfer links while on camp with the Netherlands this week, Van Domselaar said: “Those rumours are indeed there, but right now the national team is the most important thing. Of course you want to win prizes and develop yourself on a personal level. You want to play Champions League, play for the cups and the league. So eventually I would like such a transfer.”

Villa may well be preparing for Van Domselaar's exit, too, as reports suggest that they are interested in signing D'Angelo following her departure from Arsenal.
