‘Always happy’ – Man Utd-owned Mason Greenwood all smiles at Getafe as Juventus transfer speculation continues to rage

The 22-year-old winger bid farewell to Old Trafford in September 2023 when securing a loan move to Spain. He has since established himself as an important player, though has received negative reactions from opposing fans at games this season.

Greenwood has posted a personal-best when it comes to league goal contributions this season, with 14 efforts recorded in that department, and has been linked with leading sides across Europe – including Barcelona and Serie A giants Juventus.

A permanent transfer is expected to be put in place during the summer window, as United part with a player that came through their academy system, but Greenwood appears to have few concerns when it comes to his future as life at Getafe continues to put a smile on his face.

Greenwood is tied to a contract at United through to 2025, which includes the option for a further 12-month extension, but the Red Devils may decide to cash in at the next opportunity as interest continues to build.
