Suarez has already stated that he thinks Tata Martino’s side can compete for a quadruple this term, and added on getting a first competitive outing for new employers under his best – with the veteran Uruguayan striker back alongside Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba: “I’m so happy because it was the first game and winning at home is really important. We’re still friends inside the pitch and outside the pitch. We try our best to help the team. There’s no bigger ambition and desire than coming to a team that just won its first title last year [Leagues Cup] and trying to win MLS Cup. It’s a title the club hasn’t won yet. That’s the goal, that’s the challenge for me and the whole team.”
