Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has remained coy on whether Andre Onana will return to the starting XI against Fulham, with Altay Bayindir’s costly error in last weekend’s loss to Arsenal putting the spotlight firmly on the goalkeeping situation at Old Trafford. Onana is now fit and back in the Red Devils' squad, but Amorim refused to confirm his selection.
Andre Onana is back in the Manchester United squad and may be in line to start for the first time this season as the Red Devils visit Fulham on Sunday.
Alex Iwobi pointed out the key areas in the Manchester United team that Fulham exploited to hold the Red Devils to a 1-1 draw in their Premier League clash on Sunday. The Cottagers came back from behind at home to snatch a point away from Ruben Amorim's side, who are yet to register a win in the 2025-26 Premier League campaign after the first two matches.
Ruben Amorim hinted that Rasmus Hojlund might feature for Manchester United against Grimsby Town in the Carabao Cup in midweek, despite being linked with a move back to Italy. Hojlund, who fell out of favour at Old Trafford, has attracted interest from Serie A champions Napoli, who are willing to sign the Danish forward on loan with an option to buy.
