Olivier Giroud headed to MLS? World Cup-winning France forward ‘tempted’ by US switch as he stalls on new AC Milan contract

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Frenchman snubbed a move to Saudi Arabia last summer, but is now more 'tempted' than ever to secure a late-career move to the USA. At 37-years-old, he might be ready to join Lionel Messi's league.

Giroud is a legend of the game, and would undoubtedly be a handsome addition to the league, even at his age. However, the report says that the Frenchman will not make his mind up until April or even May. Since his arrival at the club in 2021, he's scored 41 goals in 106 appearances.

After arriving from Chelsea in the summer of 2021, Giroud went on to win the Serie A title in his first campaign as a Rossoneri.

Stefano Pioli's side are back in action on Sunday against Empoli as they look to further climb the Serie A table. Heading into the weekend, the Rossoneri sit third, nine points back from league-leaders Inter.
