"It feels so good to be finally back out there. It was unfortunate to pick up the injury but thanks to the hard work of the medical staff and everyone involved I’m back playing," he told the club's website. "When I heard Callum got injured it was really deflating. All of us felt sorry for him because we knew how well he was doing. It’s not always easy for a goalkeeper to come in when another gets injured and is expected to perform.
"He did really well, and I know he’ll be back stronger. Chomp [Mark Howard] has done great and we’re all working for one goal, and it shows by how well we have all done. I have been able to focus on my life away from football but also focus on my recovery and clear my mind. I’ve come back fresh, like a new signing."
