  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    After suffering an injury ahead of the USWNT's opening game of the Olympics, Jaedyn Shaw was included on the match roster in the team's narrow 1-0 victory over Japan in the quarterfinals. Tierna Davidson, meanwhile, missed the match due to a knee contusion and fullback Emily Fox departed the contest with minutes to spare in extra time after picking up a tough knock.

    Shaw, Davison, and Fox have been listed as full-participants in USWNT training Monday, with manager Emma Hayes not yet declaring anyone out for the match.

    Posting on social media, the official USWNT account on X shared training photos of all three and midfielder Rose Lavelle. Hayes declared that "everyone is training today" per the post.

    A full roster would be a boost for the USWNT against a strong Germany side.
