    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Despite the victory, United States international Pulisic was not entirely satisfied with the way his side played as he felt they gave too many chances to the Slovakian team.

  • WHAT PULISIC SAID

"It was a difficult match. We are happy for the three points which is the most important thing, but we had to play better," he told Milan TV. "It’s not easy to play here, we took the lead, they had chances, we have to do better. We want to play better. Winning is important, but we have to improve."

He continued to Sky: “The most important thing is that we won. But it is clear that we want to play a little better... It’s everything. We have to score more goals and defend better, we have to improve."
