    THE BIGGER PICTURE

After virtually sealing Cunha's transfer, United are now eyeing a move for Brentford star Mbeumo, according to talkSPORT. The Cameroon international had a dream outing with the Bees this season as he appeared in all of their 38 Premier League matches, where he scored 20 goals and provided seven assists. The 25-year-old's current contract expires in 2026 and Brentford are likely to demand a fee in the region of £50 million ($66m).

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Earlier this month, Mbeumo's team-mate Christian Norgaard had claimed that the attacker is likely to leave the Gtech Community Stadium in the summer.
