The high-flying Miami Dolphins (8-3) will look to extend their lead at the top of AFC East standings when they visit the Washington Commanders (4-8) on Sunday in NFL Week 13 action.
The Dolphins are currently riding on a two-game winning streak after beating the Las Vegas Raiders (20-13) and then on the road against the New York Jets (34-13) last Black Friday. Their offense is firing on all cylinders and could prove too hot to handle for a Washington defense in chaos.
The Commanders are in complete turmoil following their 45-10 loss on Thanksgiving, their third straight defeat while they conceded over 25 points in each defeat. The team sacked defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio following the defeat, and the pressure on head coach Ron Rivera is piling.

Miami Dolphins team news
Dolphins have a long injury report that featured star wide receiver Tyreek Hill and starting running back Raheem Mostert missing practice on Wednesday, alongside safety Jevon Holland (knee), and OT Kendall Lamm (back).
Left tackle Terron Armstead (ankle) and running back De’Von Achane (knee) were both brought back from injured reserve within the past month, but the two remain injury focal points, with the latter picking up a fresh quadriceps injury that caused him to exit Friday’s win over the New York Jets early. Both had limited practice on Wednesday ahead of the weekend's game.
Miami have also Salvon Ahmed recently placed on injured reserve due to a foot injury, and undrafted rookie Chris Brooks is eligible to be designated to return off IR.
