NFL Thanksgiving Week Grades NFC West: With The Division Up For Grabs Who Has Impressed So Far?

The NFC West has been a division of surprises and unpredictability. While the Arizona Cardinals have shown resilience, the Los Angeles Rams remain an enigmatic team.

The Seattle Seahawks, once a hot favorite, have cooled off, and the San Francisco 49ers, despite injuries, still have hopes of returning to the playoffs.

The Seahawks’ early-season success has given way to struggles as rookie head coach Mike Macdonald has faced growing pains.

Geno Smith has shown flashes but has also committed costly mistakes, especially in recent weeks. If the Seahawks are to turn things around, they’ll need to shore up their defense and get back to the consistency that allowed them to start the season strong.

As of now however, Seattle's most recent win against the Arizona Cardinals has them sitting at the top of the division.

The Cardinals have come alive in recent weeks, led by Kyler Murray’s resurgence and a newfound physicality that has made them a tough opponent.

Their defense has also started to play at a high level, and with four wins in five games, they are firmly in the playoff picture.

As long as they can keep their momentum, Arizona could be a formidable challenger for the NFC West title.

The Rams remain a mystery, a team that has yet to establish consistency. Matthew Stafford’s performances have been uneven this season, while they offense has also dealt with injures at receiver.

LA's defense, which has been spearheaded by rookies Jared Verse and Braden Fiske has been solid, but they lack the offensive balance necessary for a deep playoff run.

Their ability to contend for a playoff spot will depend on Stafford’s ability to find his rhythm and their offense clicking at the right time.

The 49ers have been hit hard by injuries and inconsistent play, but they remain playoff contender thanks to the resilience of Brock Purdy and the return of Christian McCaffrey.

While they’ve suffered some disappointing losses, they still have the talent to make a deep run if they can get healthy and re-establish their dominance in the division.
