Congo Overview

Tottenham Hotspur manager Roberto De Zerbi has offered a comprehensive update on his squad's fitness ahead of their upcoming Premier League encounter with Leeds United at Elland Road. While the Italian tactician is set to welcome back two key defensive and midfield options, a trio of high-profile attackers and creative sparks remain sidelined for the trip to Yorkshire.

Brenden Aaronson is “never going to be a David Silva type”, ex-Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford has told GOAL, with the USMNT star being told what needs adding to his game as “question marks” continue to linger. Former Whites striker Jermaine Beckford has answered that question for GOAL, with a star turn at Elland Road beginning to set his sights on Euro 2028 and a potentially “big year”.

However, the Premier League outfit must act swiftly to bring the 24-year-old Malian to Elland Road ahead of rival European suitors in the New Year.
