Martinelli must start in Prague if Arsenal are to save their season
The 19-year-old showed exactly why he is so highly-rated against Sheffield United and now must be given a chance in Thursday's Europa League clash.

Second half in 🏴
'This is not football anymore'
Manchester United’s Premier League clash with Tottenham has been subject to more VAR controversy after Edinson Cavani's goal was disallowed.
HT | Sheffield United 0-1 Arsenal
Lacazette gives Arsenal the lead over Sheff Utd following a brilliantly-worked goal from the Gunners.
Sheff Utd finish the first half with just one attempt on goal to Arsenal's seven.
A deserved lead for Arsenal for now but there's still a lot of football to play.
Alex Lacazette 🎶
The Frenchman puts Arsenal in the lead just past the half-hour mark.
A brilliant back heel assist from Dani Ceballos at the top of the box lets Lacazette finish first time with a cooly-placed shot into the back of the net.
Who can keep up with Cavani?
Cavani shows Man Utd why it will be so hard to replace El Matador this summer.
The 34-year-old is expected to leave Old Trafford this summer as he eyes a move back to South America, but he was at his brilliant best against Spurs.
Man Utd 📈
Sheffield United with the best chance of the game
It remains goalless in the opening 15 minutes at Bramall Lane.
David McGoldrick has a good chance to grab an early lead, but fires just wide of the goal.
13' Chance for United.— Sheffield United (@SheffieldUnited) April 11, 2021
Good distribution from Ramsdale starts the move, Burke chases a ball down the right and keeps it in play.
The ball then breaks to Osborn who finds McGoldrick with Didzy's low driven shot going wide of Leno's post.
🔴 #SUFC 0-0 #AFC 🔵
'The game has gone. Game has absolutely gone.'
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, speaking to Sky Sports: [On Manchester United's disallowed goal] "The game has gone. Game has absolutely gone.
"If that’s a clear and obvious error, it’s an obvious error he had to look at it. It was a perfectly good goal.
"We shouldn’t be conned. I have to say, if my son stays down for three minutes and he needs his 10 mates to help him up, he won’t get any food.
"We weren’t conned, the referee was.
"That kick-started us. [Before the goal] we had played like a team who had played in Europe on a Thursday night [last time out].
"Top reaction, we played some great stuff second half. We felt the injustice and we showed good character to come back. We can’t let those decisions ruin this good season for us.
KO: Sheffield United vs Arsenal
The fourth Premier League match is under way at Bramall Lane.
With a win, Arsenal can leapfrog Everton and Aston Villa into ninth.
'My opinion was we didn't deserve this result at all.'
Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho, speaking to Sky Sports: "We played against a good team, lots of strong players in midfield. We had great occasions to score a second goal. We hit the woodwork and were dominant in that period.
"My opinion was a good game. My opinion was we didn't deserve this result at all. We were unlucky because maybe [Paul] Pogba should get a red card for an elbow on Serge Aurier.
"I don't know anything anymore [abput VAR]. I watched Fulham versus Wolves. I don't understand anything anymore. Sometimes you get, sometimes you don't get. I don't know how to comment. You don't celebrate a goal because you are afraid."
Bright future for Greenwood? 🔝
Spurs' struggle to keep a lead
Deadly in the box 🎯
What's happening Jose?
FT | Tottenham 1-3 Manchester United
Man Utd bounced back in the second half after overcoming a disallowed goal and seeing Spurs take the lead before half-time.
Fred scored his first goal since 2018 at a crucial time to get Man Utd back in the match. Cavani gave them the lead in the 79th minute from a brilliant diving header and Mason Greenwood sealed the win seconds from the final whistle.
The gap closes at the top and Man Utd now sit 11 points off Manchester City in first and still with a game in hand.
Spurs stay in seventh, six points off a Champions League spot.
Greenwood scores in the dying seconds!
Just 30 seconds from the final whistle, Mason Greenwood shimmies in the box and releases a potent shot at the near post past Lloris.
No time for Tottenham to salvage a point from this match.

Second half under way in London
Spurs have a marginal 1-0 lead, but expect Man Utd to come out wanting to avenge that controversial disallowed goal.
Let's see what happens!
VAR taking the spotlight again
Sky Sports' Jamie Redknapp:
"What are you meant to do, run with your arms down by your side? Son tries to grab him and he puts his arm out. That's what you do in football. You are always trying to use your arms as leverage.
"It is never a foul. It is ridiculous."
Son vs Man Utd ⚽️
'I don't recognise our game anymore.'
Plenty of controversy over that VAR decision in the Sky Sports studio at half-time.
Micah Richards said: "It is embarrassing. This is not football anymore. This is spoiling the game. I don't recognise our game anymore.
"It is an absolutely ridiculous decision. That is never a foul."
Roy Keane said: "I'm amazed. If that was a foul [in the build-up to United's 'goal'], we should all go home.
"For a player to roll around like that is embarrassing. That can't be a foul."
HT ⏸️ Spurs 1-0 Man Utd
Son gives Spurs the lead just minutes after Cavani's goal was overturned by VAR.
The hosts finished with three attempts on goal where Man Utd have had just one.
An underwhelming first half for both sides and Man Utd were unlucky to have their goal disallowed, certainly that's a popular opinion.
It’s extraordinary how ludicrous VAR has become. Not only with their many errors but that it sucks the life out of the game. The joy of celebrating, which is what makes football so special, has been completely diluted.— Gary Lineker 💙 (@GaryLineker) April 11, 2021
SON GOAL ⚪️
Spurs respond immediately and Son finished a well-worked team goal with a first-time tap-in.
Just five minutes to go until the whistle. Spurs 1-0 Man Utd.
VAR says NO GOAL ❌
In the build-up to Cavani's goal Scott McTominay was ruled to have fouled Son Heung-min after his outstretched arm lightly caught the South Korean in the face. The referee overturns the goal and gives a free kick to Spurs.
It's still levelin London. 10 minutes to go in the first half.
You have got to be kidding. 🤦🏻♂️— Gary Lineker 💙 (@GaryLineker) April 11, 2021
CAVANI GOAL! 🏹
Man Utd take the lead 10 minutes from half time through Edinson Cavani.
KO in 🇮🇹
Still goalless in London
A quiet opening 20 minutes with Spurs and Man Utd only tallying three chances on goal.
Spurs ar edging possession so far with 59% but neither side are looking danergous just yet.
Bruno Fernandes has never been on the losing side away in the Premier League.
West Ham can't stop scoring ⚽️
Bright start for Spurs ⚪️🔵
Two attempts on goal for Spurs in the opening five minutes.
Son Heung-min and Giovani Lo Celso had promising chances, but both fire well off target.
KO in London!
Will we see a repeat of Tottenham's 6-1 win earlier in the season or will Man Utd redeem themselves and continue their 22 match unbeaten run in away fixtures?
Man Utd boss on keeper decision
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, speaking to Sky Sports: "It's now about finishing the season strongly. Dean [Henderson] has had good momentum and has played really well. David [de Gea] played well in Granada. He played Thursday night, travelled and everything, Dean has had more of a rest. I trust Dean.
"We have to attack the game by being the best version of ourselves. Since the international break I have seen the focus in everyone and they can probably see the finishing line."
Son and Kane are finally back together
Lingard is on 🔥 🤘
Full-time | West Ham 3-2 Leicester City
Jesse Lingard and Jarrod Bowen give West Ham a big three points at London Stadium.
Kelechi Iheanacho started Leicester's comeback in the 70th minute, but his side couldn't build off the momentum and the Nigerian striker only got his second goal in the 91st minute.
This result leaves West Ham in fourth ahead of Chelsea and Liverpool, and just one point behind Leicester in third.
Kelechi Iheanacho gets a second for Leicester against West Ham! Can they salvage something?
Full-time: Sampdoria 0-2 Napoli
Full-time: Juventus 3-1 Genoa
Another victory for Juventus, keeping them hot on the trail of AC Milan in the fight for second place in Serie A.
Dejan Kulusevski fired the hosts ahead after just four minutes and Alvaro Morata doubled their lead heading into half-time.
Genoa pulled one back immediately after the restart, but West McKennie scored mid-way through the second half to wrap things up.

Osimhen doubles Napoli lead
Man Utd aim to scrub out 'big black dot'
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says the Red Devils are eager to put things right against Tottenham after suffering a 6-1 defeat the last time they met.
"Every player's pride is hurt by that result," Solskjaer told MUTV. "That was a big black dot on our season, we know that and we know the reasons behind it."
Is there a way back for Leicester?
Kelechi Iheanacho has scored for the Foxes to make it 3-1, but there are only 15 minutes left.
Can they get two more? 🤔

On a hat-trick 💪
Half-time: West Ham 2-0 Leicester City
Jesse Lingard is in inspirational form at the moment for West Ham and he has given David Moyes' team a two-goal cushion against Leicester today.
If things stay as they are, only a point will separate the Hammers from the Foxes in third place.
At this point, you'd have to say that Champions League football is now a serious possibility!
That man Lingard again!
The man is on fire! 🔥
He's doubled West Ham's advantage over Leicester City. It's 2-0 in London!
What a loan spell this has been for the Man Utd man.
Half-time: Sampdoria 0-1 Napoli
Napoli are keeping the pressure on Juventus as they lead Sampdoria 1-0 at the break.
Fabian Ruiz scored the goal for the visitors and it is finely balanced heading into the second period.
Half-time: Juventus 2-0 Genoa
Juventus are in control of the game at half-time as they lead Genoa 2-0.
Dejan Kulusevski and Alvaro Morata provided the goals for the reigning Italian champions.
Cristiano Ronaldo will no doubt be desperate to get in on the act in the second half - he's got records to chase!
Is Lingard going to the Euros?
Just look at this stat!
10 - Since making his Premier League debut for West Ham, Jesse Lingard has been directly involved in more goals than any other player (7 goals, 3 assists), while only Harry Kane (7) has netted as many himself. Reborn. pic.twitter.com/U6yMM2RZzp— OptaJoe (@OptaJoe) April 11, 2021

Bruce: We've missed that quality & excitement
Steve Bruce has admitted that Newcastle United have missed the qualities that Allan Saint-Maximin brings to the team.
"This win is big but there's still a bit to go," Bruce told Sky Sports after their victory against Burnley. "Certainly it's a helping hand. It's an important game, so to win it was very good.
"You can see what Allan Saint-Maximin brings to the team. We've missed that bit of quality and excitement.
"To be missing your top players constantly, it affects teams. We didn't play well enough in the first half. Second half we were a different animal. We can improve of course but it's there for everyone to see."
Are Spurs 'soft'? 🤔
Manchester United and Tottenham lock horns later today and Roy Keane has already had a few exchanges with Jamie Redknapp in the pre-match analysis.
Keane contends that "there is a softness to this Spurs team" and Redknapp, unsurprisingly, disagrees.
Redknapp: "They got to the Champions League final though, Roy."
Keane: "Yeah they got to the Champions League final, but they were lucky to get to that final... they got to the final but they got beaten in that final. The whole point of getting to the final is to try and win the bloody thing!"
Things are getting a bit heated with the Sky Sports pundits!
Juve double their lead!
Alvaro Morata makes it 2-0 to Juventus with a tap-in after Cristiano Ronaldo's effort struck the post. Genoa are sinking fast.
Victory here will keep the Bianconeri in the hunt for second-place - as it stands they are just a point behind AC Milan.

Keane impressed by 'brilliant' ASM goal
Roy Keane reckons Steve Bruce got his substitutions right today.
"We said at half-time Bruce needed to get his attacking players on," the former Man Utd captain told Sky Sports. "Two moments of quality [from Allan Saint-Maximin] - his little lay-off and then a great winning goal. I'm critical of Burnley's defending but it's a brilliant goal and they deserved to win."
Praise from Roy Keane! A rare thing indeed! 😂
Full-time: Burnley 1-2 Newcastle United
Allan Saint-Maximin was the hero for Newcastle today as they came from behind to beat Burnley.
The French forward set one up before scoring himself to clinch a crucial three points for Steve Bruce's men at Turf Moor.
That result means that the Magpies are six points above the drop zone with a game in hand over 18th-placed Fulham.
We'll have some reaction soon!

It's been coming, really. A tap-in. Sometimes there's only so much a goalkeeper can do.
Antonio Conte is absolutely delighted with that goal - he sprinted onto the pitch to join the celebrations! 😂
Ronaldo closing in on Roberto Baggio ⭐️
Cristiano Ronaldo could write his name into the record books at Juventus if he scores today.
The Portugal phenomenon has 77 Serie A goals for Juve already and is just one goal away from breaking into the top 10 of the club's all-time Serie A scorers.
A goal today will see him tie with none other than Roberto Baggio and Pietro Anastasi.
Teams are in for Juve vs Genoa!

Juventus XI: Szczesny, Chiellini, De Ligt, Danilo, Cuadrado, Rabio, Bentancur, Chiesa, Kulusevski, Ronaldo, Morata.
Genoa XI: Perin, Masiello, Radovanovic, Criscito, Biraschi, Rovella, Badelj, Behrami, Zappacosta, Pandev, Scamacca.
No goals yet at San Siro
With an hour played, Inter continue to be frustrated by Cagliari and Guglielmo Vicario is playing a blinder.
The hosts are cranking up the pressure though!
Half-time: Burnley 1-0 Newcastle United
The hosts lead at half-time thanks to a goal from the man of the moment Matej Vydra and if that wasn't enough to sour the mood in the Newcastle dressing room, the fact they were denied a penalty just before the break rubs salt into the wound.
The decision not to penalise James Tarkowski has left Magpies fans furious on social media and the Clarets might well feel they got away with one. Either way, Steve Bruce's side have 45 minutes to turn it around.
Penalty DENIED! ⛔️
Newcastle had claims for a penalty denied by VAR. They still trail Burnley by one goal heading towards half-time.
James Tarkowski was turning to clear the ball as Sean Longstaff attempted to head it and his foot was high, but VAR says no penalty.
Vydra is on form ⏫
Matej Vydra is certainly on form and has scored what could be a crucial goal for Burnley.
It it stays this way, it will give the Clarets some breathing space in the battle against relegation, but will leave Newcastle in a very precarious position.
3 - Matej Vydra has scored three goals in his last five Premier League appearances, as many as he had in his previous 53 in the competition combined. Surge.— OptaJoe (@OptaJoe) April 11, 2021
Goal at Turf Moor! ⚽️
Half-time: Inter 0-0 Cagliari
No breakthrough for either side yet, but there have been plenty of chances.
Alexis Sanchez's disallowed goal is the closest the hosts have come to going ahead, while Christian Eriksen went close, but Cagliari's Guglielmo Vicario has been fantastic and is keeping the visitors in with a shout.
Radja Nainggolan is eager to haunt his former club and unleashed a ferocious effort towards goal, but Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic got down to save.
At the other end, Guglielmo Vicario is having an equally impressive game and has been on hand to deny Inter on a number of occasions, much to the frustration of Alexis Sanchez and Co.
Five minutes until half-time.
Stage is set in Turin 🏟
Juventus are also in action today as they take on Genoa in Turin.
Andrea Pirlo is under some pressure, but the Bianconeri recorded victory last time out against Napoli.

Inter are well on top, but it's still 0-0.

Burnley vs Newcastle United teams

Newcastle XI: Dubravka, Murphy, Fernandez, Clark, Dummett, Ritchie, Shelvey, Longstaff, Almiron, Joelinton, Gayle.
The warm-ups are done 💨
Big Rom 🔥
Romelu Lukaku has been in sensational form for Inter this season and will be the man they look to for a goal today.
The former Manchester United striker has scored 21 goals in 29 Serie A appearances this season and is on course to break his tally of 23 from last season.
Inter closing in on Scudetto
Inter are close to ending Juventus' hegemony in Serie A with Antonio Conte's side the runaway leaders at the top of the table.
Victory over Cagliari today would restore an 11-point advantage over second-place AC Milan and the odds are heavily in their favour as they come into the match on the back of a 10-game unbeaten streak.
The Nerazzurri won the previous game against Cagliari back in December, beating the Sardinians 3-1 thanks to goals from Nicolo Barella, Danilo D'Ambrosio and, of course, that man Romelu Lukaku.
They'll be hoping for a repeat performance at San Siro today.
First up: Inter vs Cagliari
Here are the teams!
Inter XI: Handanovic, Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni, Darmian, Sensi, Brozovic, Eriksen, Young, Lukaku, Sanchez.
Cagliari XI: Vicario, Rugani, Godin, Carboni, Zappa, Marin, Nainggolan, Duncan, Nandez, J. Pedro, Pavoletti.
