Hazard, Lukaku and the Premier League Team of the Week

As well as scoring Chelsea's second goal against Bournemouth, Hazard created more chances (five) than any other player in the Premier League this weekend.

In Chelsea's game against Bournemouth, Rudiger made more recoveries (12) than any other player on the field.

Walker scored his first goal for Manchester City in all competitions in his 52nd appearance for the club - a 2-1 win over Newcastle United.

After his seven saves against Manchester United, Hart has now made 21 saves in the 2018-19 Premier League, a total no other goalkeeper can better.
