    THE BIGGER PICTURE

As per FA rules, via the Daily Mail, a club that receives six or more bookings - yellow or red - will be fined. The FA disciplinary regulations state: "The Association will take disciplinary action against a Club if six or more of the Club’s Players are either cautioned or sent off in a Match falling within Category 1 or Category 3."

Other than Sterling and Bettinelli, Conor Gallagher, Cole Palmer, Malo Gusto and Nicolas Jackson were cautioned during a heated clash at Molineux stadium.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Since joining the north London side from Fulham in 2021, Bettinelli has never appeared in a Premier League match and has played just one competitive game for the Blues - against Chesterfield on January 2022 in a FA Cup third-round fixture.
