Champions Gundogan and Mahrez lead Premier League team of the week

As well as scoring Man City's fourth goal against Brighton, the German midfielder completed 94 percent of 174 attempted passes, doing his part as his club repeated as Premier League champions.

Noble scored a brace from two shots in a 4-1 win against Watford, including from the spot, while no West Ham player recovered possession more times than him (7).

Chilwell made four clearances and five recoveries of possession in Leicester's draw at the King Power Stadium, helping the Foxes to the clean sheet.

Maguire made a team-high six clearances for Leicester, as they kept a clean sheet at home to Chelsea and finished ninth in the Premier League.

Lascelles made more clearances (12) and more blocks (3) than any other Newcastle player against Fulham, to help the Magpies to a 4-0 victories over Fulham and 13th in the Premier League table. 

The 20-year-old Liverpool right back capped a memorable Premier League season by registering his 12th assist of the league campaign – the most ever by a defender in a single season.
