Bidding war! The three Premier League clubs set to battle it out to sign Jack Grealish from Manchester City this summer revealed

Fichajes reports that Tottenham, Aston Villa and Newcastle are all interested in signing the England international this summer and are currently jostling for position as the number one destination. A return to Villa may appeal to Grealish, while Newcastle are currently the likeliest of the three to be able to offer Champions League football next season.

Grealish has struggled to cement a crucial role in the City side since he was a key figure in their treble win in 2023. He has started just seven Premier League matches this season and may need to leave in order to get his career moving again.

The report states that the biggest obstacle to Grealish leaving this summer is his high salary, and a contract that still has two years remaining. City have made it clear they would be open to offers, though.

City still have work to do in order to qualify for the Champions League next season, with Grealish next set to feature for the trip to Everton on Saturday followed by a big game at home to Aston Villa next Tuesday.
