Now to Detroit, where the Pistons (-7.5) host the Washington Wizards in an NBA preseason matchup. The Wizards beat the Knicks' reserves 120-103 on Monday as all of C.J. McCollum, Khris Middleton, and Alex Sarr sat out.
With Jaden Ivey and Caris LeVert likely out for Detroit, Washington (+230) could win this one.
Houston Rockets coach Ime Udoka has already said he’s likely to rest key players in Thursday’s preseason finale against the Atlanta Hawks (-8.5) at 7:30pm EDT.
That should allow the Hawks to avenge last Monday’s 122-113 loss to the Rockets and close out preseason with a third straight win. Take Atlanta to cover.
The Chicago Bulls also welcome the Minnesota Timberwolves (-4.5) to the United Center at 8:00pm EDT. Three of Chicago’s four preseason games have finished with 235+. Against a Timberwolves team that has scored 125+ points twice this preseason, bet on over 233.5 points (-110).
