Ingwe chairman Dan Mule says his charges were rightfully left out of the list owing to their poor display in the KPL last season

Kenyan Premier League will today (Friday) fete players and coaches, who performed well last season.

“Last season was not our best, we were poor in almost all the departments and that is why we ended up finishing in a not so good position. So, yes, we did not deserve to be in the list, there are teams that did better than us and their players are well placed to win.

“This season we are better equipped to do well, and by the end of the season things will definitely be better,” Mule told Goal.

AFC Leopards finished eighth last season and went on to win GOtv Shield.
