Kaizer Chiefs head coach Steve Komphela has lamented the fact that his side continues to concede goals from set-pieces.
Amakhosi were recently crowned Macufe Cup champions for the sixth time in their history following their 4-2 victory over Bloemfontein Celtic on Sunday.
But while Komphela would have been satisfied with the confidence boosting victory, he was clearly not pleased by his side’s defensive efforts.
The 50-year-old stated that the Glamour Boys need to stop conceding from dead ball situations after Victor Letsoalo was allowed to score from a dead-ball situation in the first half.
"That's one thing we need to be working on. We can't be conceding like that," Komphela told SABC TV during his post-match interview.

"Even when we played Baroka we conceded from a set-play. We have to get that right," Komphela lamented.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs coach used the friendly as an ideal opportunity to give some of his younger players a much needed run out, and he was evidently pleased with the contribution of 17-year-old Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, who made an appearance on Sunday afternoon.
"I'm happy for guys like Ngcobo - the crowd helped him. He's no longer the young kid we knew yesterday, but he's a bit wiser today," Komphela added.
