Gor Mahai continue with pre-season success in Nakuru

The Super Cup will pave way for the official start of the league on February 3.

Gor Mahia won their third straight pre-season match against Nakuru West Combined on Sunday.

K’Ogalo beat a combined Nakuru side 4-0 in a Sunday friendly match staged in Nakuru County.

Gor Mahia forward, George Odhiambo scored a brace while Rwandan international Jacques Tuyisenge and new signing Eluid Lukuwam contributed a goal each to hand coach Dylan Kerr a third straight win in the pre-season friendlies.

Gor Mahia had beaten Egerton University (6-0) and Nakuru Combined (4-0) in the first two matches on Friday and Saturday respectively.

Gor Mahia will take on Nzoai Sugar in another match later in the day at Afraha Stadium.

The reigning league champions are preparing for a Super Cup clash against AFC Leopards on January 28.

The Super Cup will pave way for the official start of the league on February 3.
