FKF sets two friendly matches for Harambee Stars

Football Kenya Federation have confirmed two friendly matches for Harambee Stars in March.

According to federation Media Liaison Officer Barry Otieno, the Stanley Okumbi coached side will take on neighbours Uganda Cranes on March 22 and three days later (March 26) tackle DR Congo. Both matches will be played in Nairobi and FKF have picked Nyayo Stadium.

“We have lined up two build up matches for Harambee Stars with Uganda expected in Nairobi and DR Congo before the end of March. We are yet to confirm the exact venue for the two matches but I can confirm Nyayo Stadium will be ideal for the fixtures,” Otieno told Goal .

Harambee Stars are preparing for upcoming qualifiers and have in recent past been involved in a number of build up matches.
