Social media has been awash with praise after Nigeria continued their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign with a comfortable 4-0 victory over Libya on Saturday.

Odion Ighalo silenced the north Africans at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium with his hat-trick which was followed by Samuel Kalu's maiden effort that rounded off the win for the 2013 African champions in the closing stages of the encounter.

The win moved the Super Eagles to the second spot in the Group E standings and here's how fans have reacted to the result.
